On Monday, at the Southport Magistrates Court in Queensland, a case was brought against The Danish Girl actress where she faces not only a hefty fine but also a possible 10-year stint in jail for illegal importation and producing a false document.
Amber, who secretly brought her Yorkshire terriers Pistol and Boo into Australia while her husband Johnny Depp was filming Pirates Of The Caribbean 5, was not present in court and the case has now been adjourned until November 2.
