Ella Henderson’s dad has been charged with seven counts of fraud after his house was raided in 2013.
Two years ago he and Ella’s mum were arrested and questioned on charges of fraud, theft and money laundering.
Three other people were charged alongside Sean, 49, although Ella’s mum, 51-year-old Michelle, was released.
