Way back in season three Jaime found himself a million miles away from the luxuries of King’s Landing, being held prisoner by hunter Locke (played by Noah Taylor) who was trying to offer up the Kingslayer to the Bolton fam.
After Jaime managed to persuade Locke’s men not to rape Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie), who was simultaneously serving as both his captor and his guard, Locke plunged a blade into his fighting arm, which was subsequently removed.
Naturally, Jaime had a gold-plated limb installed because he’s extra AF, but the prop literally became the hand that fed Nikolaj and Cersei Lannister star Lena Headey as the pair used it to store their dried fruit. Genius.
Posting a behind-the-scenes picture of his arm – from what was presumably Jaime and Cersei’s final scenes together – the Danish-born actor wrote to Lena: ‘I finally got our “fruity hand of Queen” into Production. Should be on Amazon anytime now.’
Should Jaime’s hand set off for bigger adventures, it’s unlikely Nikolaj will be involved as he’s just landed his first TV gig since the Game of Thrones finale, teaming up with the Lannister’s sworn enemy, The High Sparrow actor Jonathan Pryce, for FX pilot, Gone Hollywood.
Game of Thrones seasons one to eight are available to stream on NOW TV.

Previously unreleased for over 30 years, Freddie Mercury’s singing chops have us crying all over again with the release of his tune Time.
It’s ruddy poignant if we do say so ourselves.
Recorded for the soundtrack of the 1986 musical Time, this stripped-back version is only just seeing the light of day this week, after being buried deep in the vaults.
Released under the full name of the tune Time Waits For No One, the song is accompanied by a performance shot of the late, great Queen frontman – who died in 1991 – putting his all into the lyrics at the Dominion Theatre.
He’s accompanied by just a piano for the track and would you look at that now we’re accompanied just by our tears.
The song was put together by Dave Clark for the concept album at the time, of the musical of the same name, with Freddie recording his verses at the famous Abbey Road studios in October 1985.
Still the king (Picture: Pete Still/Redferns)
According to those there, the session was fuelled by ‘fabulous food, vodka and Cristal Champagne’, courtesy of Freddie’s personal chef Joe Fanelli.
Of course it was.
Fans are just thriving on the release, proving we’re still keen for new songs from the rock legend.
‘Freddie, I’m so so glad they decided to release this beautiful song of yours,’ one punter wrote alongside the music video.
‘You are a blessing to this world… You can bring a smile on a crying face and can cheer me up when I am at my lowest point in life. I love you.’
Other fans were feeling like Freddie had been here all along, as one added: ‘This was absolutely beautiful, I can’t even put into words how much I love this AND it’s in HQ so it feels like you’re really here.’
Another was simply taking the words out of our mouths when they wrote: ‘This man truly is a king.’
Freddie was originally brought on to record the tune In My Defence, as Dave recalled: ‘We got on great…if I didn’t like something I’d say, and vice versa…
‘We were both aiming for the same thing: to make something special.’
Also recording Time – which was a chart success – Dave knew he had the original rehearsal without the backing, and got to searching, finally retrieving it from his tape archive in the spring of 2018.
Time, the West End musical, which opened at London’s Dominion Theatre in April 1986, merged sci-fi, rock music and ahead-of-its-time special effects and multimedia. With a cast including Sir Laurence Olivier and Cliff Richard, it broke box records and played to over a million people during its two-year run.
Time Waits For No One is out today on Virgin EMI (Universal Music Group).

It’s been over seven years since Little Mix were put together becoming the first group ever to win The X Factor.
In that time, together Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall have smashed records previously held by Spice Girls, earned four number one singles and won countless music awards including two Brits. Is there anything Little Mix can’t do?
The four-piece girl group – who just dropped their new single Bounce Back – have teamed up with Simple and international anti-bullying charity, Ditch the Label for their #ChooseKindness campaign, to raise awareness and encourage everyone to wipe away the hate and be kinder online.
Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, Jesy said: ‘There is so much negativity in the world, especially on social media. So this campaign is really important to us, it’s all about being confident and being kind to one and another.’
‘We love complimenting people,’ chipped in bandmate Jade.
‘If you think someone looks nice, tell them and let them know. Being complimented can make someone’s day. Just a little act of kindness everyday goes a long way – the more people do it, the more hate gets pushed aside,’ she continued.
Having previously discussed being affected by comments they’ve received online, Jesy expressed how they’ve come a long way since: ‘In the beginning we really struggled with the negative comments, it was all new to us. Receiving and reading mean comments was quite a shock,’ she told us.
‘Although we have a way to go, we have learned to love ourselves and feel confident in our own skin.’
And their refreshing approach to online negativity highlighted how the girls are cheerleaders to each other, championing their victories and simply being there through difficult times.
‘You’d be surprised by how many people receive online hate,’ Perrie sighed. ‘It happens to us and the more you talk about it with someone, the better. Otherwise you just want to burst. And thankfully we’ve got each other.’
Reflecting on the funniest and most ridiculous thing they’ve read about themselves online – which FYI included the time the girls apparently wanted Jesy to leave the band because she had a boyfriend (lies) – Jesy revealed how they share group pap snaps among themselves first before posting online (because let’s face it, we don’t all look camera-ready all the time) but this often is the root of rumours.
‘Basically if there’s a group pap picture we like, we send it over in our WhatsApp group for approval – like no one wants a bad photo – so we send it over and sometimes one of us will be like “just crop us out” and then people question why we’re not there,’ she giggled.

As well as a shared ethos for being kind to one another, Little Mix also make sure they’re kind to their skin: ‘We’re such girly girls and we love makeup (and piling it on). But there’s nothing better than getting home and taking it off – just like taking your bra off, it’s the nicest feeling ever having fresh skin,’ Perrie offered.
When asked what message they want to send to their young fans, Leigh-Anne said: ‘Be yourself and love and be proud of who you are.’
Perrie added: ‘Embrace being different, be ambitious and love life. You only get one chance on this earth, make the most of it.’

The girls, who have championed self-love, individuality and girl power in everything they’ve done, explained how empowerment has dominated their music and overall message.
‘We’d like to be remembered for spreading positivity and giving people confidence through our music,’ Jesy stressed.
‘We feel like we change a lot fans mindsets through our music. They tell us and message us saying how our music really effected them, which is amazing for us, that’s why we do it.’
So who and what inspires their music? ‘Personal experience and all the things we’ve been through. I think that really inspires us,’ smiled Leigh-Ann.
And, although it helps to be in love to write a good love song, Perrie admitted they struggled with their most recent album, LM5, ‘because we were all loved up and breakup songs are the best thing to write about’.
‘It’s like using it as therapy in the studio; we have a little bitch session, it feels great and then you come up with great concept, melodies and lyrics,’ she teased. ‘But then, when you’re all happy and loved up it’s like, “What should we write about?”‘
‘But that’s why our latest album is so empowering, fierce, and ballsy. Because it’s not like “boohoo”. We’re just empowered women who have something to say.’
You can learn more about the Simple #ChooseKindness campaign online at Ditch the Label. And the limited-edition Little Mix Simple range will be available in Superdrug.

The pair ‘confirmed’ their relationship last month (Picture: Instagram)
Jim Chapman has introduced his girlfriend Sarah Tarleton to his family after his split from wife Tanya Burr.
So cute!
The pair looked completely loved up as they posed with his mum Judy, his sister Nicola (known online as one of the Pixiwoo duo), and her husband Ian Haste during a trip to see Fleetwood Mac.
The YouTube star posted the sweet snap of the family grinning away, writing in the caption: ‘Family outing to see Fleetwood Mac with @sarah.tarleton @mummy_judy @nicolachapman & @hasteskitchen.’
Meanwhile, Sarah posted a sweet couple selfie on her profile, writing: ‘Just pure happy happy happy. Last night watching Fleetwood Mac. Thankyou @nicolachapman @hasteskitchen @samchapman for a lovely evening!’
Although not pictured in the snap, Jim’s sister Samantha (the other half of Pixiwoo) and brother John (one of the Lean Machines) are also well known on the internet.
Bit rude for the whole family to be that talented – leave some for the rest of us, guys.
‘One of my best night to date. X,’ Nicola commented on the photo, while Sam left a heart emoji.
‘Top night!! X’ Ian added, with singer Pixie Lott marvelling: ‘I can’t believe I didn’t know you were brother to the lovely and beautiful pixiwoo gals!!’
They said that they still have a ‘huge amount of love and respect for each other’, with an insider adding to The Sun: ‘There was no one to blame they just grew apart.’
Posting a video on Instagram, she literally sparkled as she showed off her sequin dress.
She definitely knows how to dress to impress.

Susanna Reid was left terrified at a risky crossbow stunt performed live by Britain’s Got Talent act Jonathan Goodwin on Good Morning Britain.
Goodwin, who reached the Britain’s Got Talent finals this year, pulled off the incredible trick live in the studio, firing a crossbow at balloons held by his assistant.
After Susanna and her co-hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway refused to take part in the dangerous stunt, Jonathan shot crossbows at a balloon and through a sheet of newspaper.
The newsreader struggled to watch Jonathan perform the trick without a blindfold, so when Jonathan put a metal visor over his eyes she couldn’t deal.
‘I’m gonna make a shot not by seeing it, but by hearing it,’ he explained.
Susanna could hardly bear to watch as Jonathan raised the crossbow and his assistant, holding a balloon over her head, rang a small bell to indicate where to aim.
The presenter cowered at the desk with her hands over her face as the terrifying stunt played out.

Thankfully his shot successfully burst the balloon, and while Ben applauded Susanna looked stunned with her mouth wide open as she tried to get back to normal.
After the performance she breathed: ‘I don’t understand how you do it.’
‘My heart is beating so hard,’ Ben added.
‘I thought that was a trick,’ Susanna said, ‘Do not try that at home with anything.’
Ben joked: ‘That’s the quote from Jonathan, it’s really stupid and dangerous and we loved it.’
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.

Love Island’s Danny and Yewande are already on the rocks and now it looks like two girls have their eye on Danny with new girl asking him on a date – and Maura taking a fancy.
Does Yewande need to let him go or buck up and be honest about her feelings?
Maura has already admitted she’s not into Tom Walker, and speaking with Molly-Mae and Lucie on the terrace, Maura says: ‘It’ll be interesting to see what happens with Yewande and Danny.
‘He is a really nice guy. I have such a laugh with Danny. He has got good craic.’
‘When I went on a date with him, I felt nothing. But he just wants a bit of affection. He’s getting nothing. We may as well crack on,’ she adds.
‘Danny has definitely grown on me. It’s probably a surprise to everyone. It’s not really a surprise to me because that is how I connect with someone, when I get know them,’ she later reveals in the Beach Hut.
And it seems she’s ready to stir the pot some more, as she later tells Danny: ‘You’re already down, why don’t you just f***king nip it in the f***ing bud?’
I don’t want to throw away something that has potential,’ he insists to which Maura replies: ‘But does it? Honestly? Wake up.’
SAVAGE.
Maura opens up to Lucie and Molly-Mae (Picture: ITV)
But Maura is not the only one with her eye on Danny, 21, as Arabella decides to pick Danny for her first date.
‘You strike me as a confident girl,’ he tells her and as they get to know each other, she admits she is also ‘quite shy’.
Will the age difference matter? (Picture: ITV)
But she is keeping her cards close to her chest, admitting that she’s ‘more about a connection’ and that ‘there isn’t one boy in here that I would say is unattractive’.
Their age difference could play a part though, with Arabella, 28, admitting 23 is normally her cut off pointy.
Conversation soon shifts to Danny’s coupling with Yewande and he reveals that he is doubting their compatibility.
‘I feel like I’m putting a lot of the effort in and I’m not getting anything back and I’m starting to question whether we’re compatible. When you said you wanted to take me on a date, I was really excited,’ he says.
Sparks are flying – but with Amber and Curtis helping Yewande with some roleplay in a bid to teach her how to woo Danny, will he find himself in a love square?
Love Island airs on ITV2 Sunday – Thursday at 9pm.
Red Velvet’s Seulgi opens her own Instagram account (Picture: Getty – seulgiredvelvet)
Red Velvet’s Seulgi has deleted her Instagram account right after opening it up.
On 19 June, the K pop singer shocked her loyal fans when she announced she had launched her very own personal page on the social media platform.
Sharing a picture of herself backstage, she posted the simple message: ‘Hi’.
That was good enough to get the internet excited, but it seems like the joy was short-lived as it appeared as if the account was deleted or deactivated less than a day later.
On Thursday fans announced that the page was gone after she posted only 1 post at the time on @hi_seulgi.
The Red Velvet member already had over 14.7K followers after she shared an picture of herself wearing snake print trousers and a crop top, and it has already been circulating on fan pages.
Other Red Velvet members with Instagram accounts are Joy and Yeri – they have not deleted their accounts.
The group made a comeback on 19 June with the new title track Zimzalabim.
The track was co-written by production duo Caesar & Loui – aka Daniel Caesar and Ludwig Lindell – who also worked on Red Velvet’s 2017 hit, Red Flavor.
The video for the song sees the girl group take on an amusement park and ride roller coasters through the skies and hold a tea party in a – you guessed it – teacup.
As you do.
The six-track-long The ReVe Festival Day 1 is the group’s 10th EP and follows last month’s Japanese-language release, Sappy.
Earlier this year, the ladies became one of a handful of female K-pop acts to tour the United States, joining the likes of 2NE1, Apink and CL, not to mention BLACKPINK, who made history at Coachella this year.

Jason Momoa has revealed he wants to remake the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito classic Twins with Game Of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage.
Jason and Peter worked together on the HBO drama but now Jason has admitted he’d love to work with his friend again in a reboot of the comedy which features twins separated at birth who reunite and seek out their biological mother.
The suggestion was pitched to Jason at an Aquaman Live panel at Celebrity Fan Fest in Texas over the weekend and he replied: ‘F***ing tell me where to sign!
‘Absolutely. That’d be amazing. I love that movie.’
‘People on Twitter, make that happen,’ said the moderator to which Jason agreed.

The pair never shared any screen time with Peter in the award-winning drama which concluded in May after eight seasons but is still a big fan of his talents.
Elsewhere during the panel, the 39-year-old actor admitted he’d love to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and take over from Hugh Jackman as Wolverine – even though he’s currently working with rival studio DC.
‘I’d love to play Wolverine. [Hugh Jackman] was phenomenal. I grew up just loving Wolverine,’ he said.
However, Jason may be too busy for that at the moment as he’s previously admitted he’s keen to have another outing as Aquaman.
‘I definitely have an opinion. Even when we were shooting Aquaman, I have the opening of Aquaman 2 ready. I went in and pitched it to Peter Safran, and I pitched it to [Warner Bros. chairman] Toby Emmerich,’ he previously revealed.
‘They loved it. It’s awesome…But yeah, I have plans for Aquaman 2.’

Patricia Arquette hopes that Gypsy doesn’t jump into her new engagement (Picture: Getty)
Patricia Arquette has sent her well wishes to Gypsy Rose Blanchard after discovering she had got engaged while in prison.
The actress has currently been playing a fictional version of Gypsy’s mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, in new StarzPlay series The Act – which documents the horrific abuse Gypsy suffered as the victim of Munchausen’s By Proxy.
Gypsy, who is now serving 10 years for her mother’s murder, quietly announced in April that she had become engaged to an unknown pen pal who started writing to her after watching a documentary on the crime.
While the actress is happy that the now 27-year-old got a happy ending, she has warned her not to rush into things too quickly – and to get to know him over time before tying the knot.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Patricia said: ‘I have [heard she’s engaged]. I just hope she takes her time to get to know someone. It’s hard to get to know someone when you’re not really with them, when you’re writing to each other or on the phone.’
‘She’s been someone’s patient her whole life. She’s been someone’s project, somebody’s… something to take care of,’ she continued.
Gypsy announced to family she was engaged to a penpal who writes to her in prison (Picture: No Credit)
‘I hope she has the space when she comes out to figure out who she is on her own, and not end up in a relationship where someone is acting like she’s their patient that they need to take care of.’
Gypsy’s ex-boyfriend, Nick Godejohn, is currently serving a life sentence, also for the murder of Dee Dee Blanchard.
After speaking over the internet for two years, meeting on a Christian dating website, Gypsy enlisted Nick to murder her mother to break free of the two decades of torture she’s endured under her care.
Gypsy Blanchard and boyfriend Nick Godejohn killed Dee Dee after decades of abuse (Picture: No Credit)
Since a small child, Dee Dee had lied about Gypsy’s health – forcing her to have operations for diseases she didn’t have, and telling all family and friends that she was bound to a wheelchair with sicknesses including muscular dystrophy, an assortment of allergies, and even cancer.
However, in reality, Gypsy was perfectly healthy, with Dee Dee forcing her to comply.
After Nick stabbed Dee Dee in her bed, the pair fled to his home, where they alerted the police with a series of sick Facebook messages declaring they’d killed her.
Tracking the IP address of the messages, the pair were caught – and Gypsy’s years of torture were revealed to the world.
Patricia is playing a fictional version of Dee Dee Blanchard for new series The Act (Picture: Rex)
‘I felt terrible for all of them,’ Patricia added to us. ‘Dee Dee really damaged Gypsy, and it’s horrible because had Gypsy not had that kind of medical abuse, emotional, mental and physical abuse, I don’t think she’d be in jail today.
‘I don’t think she would’ve had anyone killed in her life.’
However, with Nick getting the longer sentence for actually committing the crime, and his mental state at the time of the murder, other topics of discussion have been brought up – including Gypsy’s level of involvement and the encouragement of Nick to commit murder.
‘Some people think Gypsy’s a total victim, some people think that she’s also not the victim at a certain point, some think Nick’s the victim, and some think it’s DeeDee,’ Patricia laid out.
‘But I think DeeDee was very manipulative and DeeDee’s mum was very manipulative, and in some instances, Gypsy has been manipulative. Will she continue to be? I hope not.
‘Hopefully now, free from Dee Dee and having relationships with humans outside of that, hopefully she has a great life after this.’
The Act is available now on Amazon Prime Video via StarzPlay.

Australian show 20 To One has been forced to apologise to BTS and the Army over a segment that’s been labelled ‘racist’ and ‘mocking’.
The infotainment show, that charts a list of the top 20 of something for that episode, has been absolutely slammed by fans for its treatment of the K-pop superstars.
For the uninitiated, firstly, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN, and secondly, BTS is a seven-piece boy band that has taken the world by storm.
Made up of RM, Jin, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, V and Suga, they have a loyal fanbase called the Army who follow their every move and will defend their greatness to the ends of the earth.
If only the producers of this show knew that before they called the group the ‘Korean One Direction’, likened them to a nuclear bomb and said they were the biggest band you didn’t know.
Because, let’s be honest, in 2019 if you don’t know about BTS we have to wonder where you’ve been hiding.
As part of their Global Crazes countdown, BTS were ranked number 18 (should be number one, but that’s neither here nor there) as co-hosts Erin Molan and Nick Cody began the segment by calling BTS ‘the biggest band you’ve never heard of’
They’re, like, only the biggest band in the world these days (Picture: WireImage)
We mean, their video clips score hundreds of millions of views and their latest album Map Of The Soul: Persona is the biggest selling album in the US of 2019 so far.
In the video that accompanied their charting, it was seemingly mocked that despite their success in the west, RM is the ‘only one band member actually speaks English’.
They also appeared to make fun of Jimin, one of the group’s singers, showing a clip of him rarely not making the high notes he usually aces.
‘When I first heard something Korean had exploded in America, I got worried,’ Jimmy Carr said in an interview for the show. ‘So it could have been worse. But not much worse.’
Australian performer Rob Mills called their singing ‘passable’, while a clip of RM, flanked by his bandmates, speaking at the UN about bullying and belonging was passed off as talking about ‘hair products.’
While it’s clear the clip was intended to be tongue in cheek, it came across to most fans as jarring, offensive and according to some, racist.
‘We demand sincere apology for your report full of racist, misogyny, malice on BTS and their fans. Also for the insensitive reference of missile threat,’ one wrote, as countless others echoed their sentiments.
This forced the show to issue an apology on social media in English and Korean that read: ‘We apologise for any disrespect and offence taken.’
Again, fans just weren’t buying it.
‘May name is Wren and I am deeply offended by the remarks made in last night’s episode of 20 to One,’ they wrote online.
‘I am also offended by this poorly written apology by @Channel9, which undermines my concerns and also defends the racist and xenophobic comments made. I ask that #channel9apologize.’
The show is standing by its segment though, issuing a statement to SBS PopAsia that read: ‘As a light-hearted entertainment program, it is our belief that last night’s episode of 20 to One, which highlighted the Greatest Global Crazes, did not breach any broadcast regulations, and was intended to humorously highlight the popularity of the group.
‘We apologise to any who may have been offended by last night’s episode.’

The publication also lists the star’s experience working with the UN Refugee Agency for 18 years, the last seven of which she has been the Special Envoy to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
She has carried out more than 60 field missions to countries including Colombia, Peru and Bangladesh, they continued in their announcement.
The Mr & Mrs Smith’s star’s first article as a contributing editor, is titled What We Refugees and was published on Wednesday – which also happened to be World Refugee Day.

The article will be included in the 1 July issue of the magazine with the actress previously contributing an essay to the publication.
The couple split in 2016 but nearly three years on they are no closer to finalising their divorce amid claims Angelina has been stalling.
After two years of marriage and ten years together, the pair shocked fans when they split; they share six children together, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
Now however Brad is thought to have called on his legal team to up the ante as he is ‘sick and tired of Ange constantly moving the goal posts’.
‘But he’s finally had enough, and while he is a relatively calm person, he can only be pushed so far. He’s sick and tired of Ange constantly moving the goal posts and stalling their divorce month after month — painfully dragging out the process which he now feels has become almost a game for Angelina.’
Speaking to The Sun, the insider added that he is hoping to impost ‘a financial sanction’ on Angelina if she fails to adhere to the ruling.

Arabella’s sudden arrival in the series got some of the girls worried (Picture: ITV)
Love Island’s new girl Arabella Chi has certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons with a surprise arrival lazing on a sun lounger.
Sorry gang, she’s not Curtis Pritchard’s ex like we thought – he was just genuinely that shocked when he went out for his morning cuppa and found her in the garden.
Running to tell the others, Amy Hart doesn’t seem too happy with a new girl coming in, telling the Beach Hut later: ‘We woke up to Curtis telling us there was a new girl in the villa. Obviously, he was lying, there is a supermodel in the villa.’
Naturally Anton Danyluk, who has not had the best of luck in the villa, jumped at the chance to get his game face on.
‘I wanted it to look like I had just woken up,’ he later admitted. ‘I put a bit of aftershave on and ran outside and I was chilled. I think it worked!’
And fingers crossed for the Scotsman, it might have done as well, as she takes him out on one of the two dates she could go on as an arrival present.
But he has a battle now with Danny – who appears to have given up on the idea of him and Yewande Biala becoming a thing.
Tormented by it over the course of the episode, adding another girl to his plate might be more than he bargained for.
Then there’s Maura, who makes it clear that she’s definitely not happy with the stunning new arrival by admitting: ‘Banging body. Great hair. More competition for Maura!’

With Arabella’s mission for love officially on, who is she going to have to upset in order to get her way?
Admitting there ‘wasn’t a single boy that she found unattractive’, she later said in her first visit to the Beach Hut: ‘I feel like they’ve warmed to me really well.
‘Obviously, I’m going to have to tread on toes and I want to find love. That’s the goal.’
Looks like it’s going to be dramatic either way!
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner have the best time working together on their cookery show (Picture: ITV)
John Torode and Lisa Faulkner love working together on their new cookery show John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
Both living together and working together doesn’t create any tensions between the couple, who insist they only have one creative difference on set.
John told Metro.co.uk: ‘I’m a trained chef and have been for many years and Lisa is a home cook. The way we approach cooking is different.
‘Mine is very regimented and very ordered because that’s what you do in a professional kitchen and I will always keep that.
‘But with Lisa, it flows really beautifully and very easily and very naturally. And I think that’s the real difference.’
Lisa added: ‘We cook very differently, but we let each other breathe and we learn from each other.
‘I’m always learning from John. It’s just nice to pick up tips but also to just be who we are. I ask questions I suppose I know as a cook but not as a chef. It just really interests me.’

The hosts say they want the show to feel relaxed, ‘a bit like being at home and cooking in our kitchen’, said Lisa.
‘We forget we’re on camera until we then have to do a link at the end of cooking! I think that’s the highlight. We’re just chatting and cooking and having a lovely time.’
‘It’s nice to be working with someone you like quite a lot,’ John added.
Of her time on the soap, Lisa – who has had roles in Holby City and Spooks – told us: ‘It made my heart properly beat again, and I came home to John and said I really really loved it.
‘It was great fun to cause havoc. And have a story arc and then leave. It was fantastic, a great experience.’
John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen airs Sunday at 9.25am on ITV.

When YouTuber Elle Mills realised her city didn’t have a Pride parade, she did the only thing you can do – threw her own.
We’re sure our invite got lost somewhere across the Atlantic Ocean.
The 20-year-old, known for going all out with crazy stunts for her videos, revealed that she’d never been to a Pride parade.
Explaining that it ‘really bummed her out’ to find out about the lack of parades in her city, she asked: ‘When the hell has that stopped me?’
Filming herself finding a venue, and getting in touch with her LGBT YouTube pals including Anna Akana, Amy Ordman, Shannon Beveridge, and Stevie Boebi, she got some sound advice for what to include.
‘Vodka, tequila,’ advised Amy, with Joanna Simon telling her: ‘At least one live performance from Cher.’
‘I feel like no Pride parade is complete without the Westboro Baptist Church,’ considered Chris Klemens, with Stevie insisting: ‘Strippers.’
After a quick intermission to see Billie Eilish, the parade got into full flow, completely with floats and giant inflatable unicorns, dubbed (of course) to to Abba’s Dancing Queen.

‘Reintroducing herself’ to her followers, Elle crouched in front of the flag and adapted her trademark catchphrase to say: ‘Hi, I’m Elle Mills, and I’m bisexual.’
‘I can only speak about my own experience…if my experience can help others, that’s just a bonus, I guess.’
She added: ‘I kind of came out in a very public way and I have a platform so I do take a bit of responsibility for that.’

Amanda Holden is all smiles after she was banned from daughter’s sports day (Picture: Rex)
Amanda Holden sure knows how to work the camera.
The 48-year-old was pictured making the most of the sunny weather as she was spotted out and about in London.
Dressed in a polka dot peach dress, which she had paired with a set of black shades, the Britain’s Got Talent judge was all smiles while enjoying her day.
That’s right, Amanda recently revealed that 13-year-old Lexi had banned her from going to the school event.
When chatting on her Heart Breakfast Show with co-host Jamie Theakston, the presenter lifted the lid on being a mum to Alexa and Hollie – whom she shares with husband Chris Hughes.

‘With Lexi, as she’s a bit older, she’s banned me from going to hers,’ Amanda confessed before adding: ‘It’s on Friday, and she’s not interested in any parental [advice].’
‘I’m massively competitive!’
But not all hope is lost, as her youngest is still okay with the proud mum watching from the sidelines.
‘It’s forecast to rain, that’s my biggest worry,’ she continued. ‘I’ve had all the mums on the WhatsApp group saying, “Who’s packed the wine”?’
She looked amazing (Picture: Rex)
‘You know those flasks that keep things hot and cold? Well I’ve filled a coffee dispenser with wine and ice.’
She laughed: ‘Before I left [for work], I was popping wine bottles! Isn’t that terrible, at 5am?’
Amanda has made headlines recently after shocking BGT viewers with her showstopping outfits.
‘There’s no way I’d step out in my pyjamas or rock up without a lash. To preserve my own sense of dignity, I always try to look good,’ she told Hello Magazine.
‘My nan Ethel used to tell me, “Never let your husband see you without lipstick.” I’m very mindful of how I look when I go out – which is just as well as I get photographed every day.’
