Naomi Watts sent Game Of Thrones fans into meltdown when she announced she’d be starring in the hotly-tipped prequel, Bloodmoon.

And the Australian actress, 50, has admitted she hadn’t actually seen a single episode of the HBO fantasy series – and had to frantically binge-watch all seven seasons in three months when she got the job.

We don’t know what’s more shocking tbh – the fact that she hadn’t watched GoT before, or how quickly she managed to tear through it.

She told PorterEdit: ‘I didn’t start watching until I was approached about this job.

‘But my brother [photographer Ben Watts], who is heavily into it, told me, “Under no circumstances are you going to turn this down.”‘

After watching the entire thing, The Impossible actress admitted she ‘was in – hook, line and sinker.’

Although, now there’s a new problem.

Naomi’s only gone and realised just how big Game Of Thrones is and quite frankly, she’s a bit worried about just how much Bloodmoon is going to raise her profile.

‘I still have fears about that. I don’t really know what to prepare for,’ she confessed.

Yes friends, Oscar-nominated star Naomi Watts is scared she’ll get famous after the prequel.

Does anyone want to break it to her that she already is, or shall we leave her in a state of ignorant bliss?

Watts’ role in Bloodmoon is all very hush hush, but we do know that she’s playing the lead role, and some fans are speculating that she might be playing a significant character from the books, Florys the Fox.

The theory comes as Naomi was spotted filming the hotly-tipped drama in Italy in an opulent gold dress, while  another leak from the set also showed a boat with a sigil which could be that of the early Starks.

Bloodmoon is currently in production for HBO.

Cameron Boyce has been commemorated in the heartbreaking end credits of Descendants 3.

The 20-year-old – who died suddenly in his sleep on July 6 – was paid tribute to in the final moments of the Disney Channel film.

A moving two-minute video features clips of Cameron over the years, from his days on Jessie to all three of the Descendants movies.

He could be seen hugging director Kenny Ortega, laughing with co-star Debby Ryan and showing off his dance moves in rehearsals.

The clip also showed a scene in which Cameron cracked Michelle Obama up when the former First Lady made a guest appearance on Jessie.

In the scene, Michelle sternly tells a young Cameron, ‘There is no treasure map on the back of the declaration of independence,’ to which he replies suspiciously, ‘Or so you say…’

Michelle – who has paid tribute to the Disney star – bursts out laughing and Cameron looks overwhelmed with excitement, shrieking, ‘I made her laugh!’ before giving Obama a hug,

During the tribute, the screen read: ‘Everything you are. Every smile, every laugh, every dance, every hug, every moment, everyone you touched. You mean everything to us.’

It ended with a touching message on how to deal with grief, urging people to confide in their family and friends and be kind to themselves.

‘It’s never easy to lose a loved one, friend, hero. No-one deals with loss, sorrow, grief, the same way,’ the message read.

‘It’s normal to feel confused, sorry, angry, sad. And it’s important to cry, talk, write, draw these feelings out.’

It concluded: ‘Reach out to a friend, family member and share happy memories. Get enough rest, exercise, sleep. You’ll feel better with support, hugs, hope, time.’

It comes a week after Kenny Ortega gave an emotional shout-out to Cameron while receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Kenny was supported by a slew of Descendants stars at the event, in what was the first public appearance for the cast since Cameron’s death.

Ed Sheeran’s only gone and broken the record for the highest grossing tour ever and we couldn’t be more proud.

The 28-year-old will officially take up the mantel on Friday night, when the 246th show of his Divide tour pushes it to the $736.7 million (£605.8 million) mark, according to Pollstar’s calculations.

The benchmark had previously been set by U2 in 2011, when their 360 tour grossed $735.4 million (£604.8 million).

It’s a fair bit of dollar, we have to say.

There are some a few pesky differences between Sheeran’s and U2’s record-breaking tours.

Theirs ran only 110 shows, whereas hard-working Ed will have played 255 gigs over a course of two and a half years by the time he wraps it up in Ipswich at the end of August.

Ed, who’s being eyed up to sing the Bond 25 theme tune, was all cute and humble when he found out the history-making news.

‘I just found out the Divide Tour is set to be the highest grossing tour of all time – this is amazing,’ he said in a statement.

‘I feel very lucky to have experienced all of the wonderful countries and crowds over the past two and a half years. Thank you to the fans and everyone who made it possible.’

His manager, Stuart Camp, added: ‘I thought we might have a shot at having the highest attendance record, but not the highest grossing tour.’

They may have spent weeks together in the Love Island villa, but Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill still had a little meltdown when they reunited with their co-stars.

The cute couple – who nabbed the £50,000 prize in the final – looked like they might explode with joy as they caught up with Yewande Biala, Joe Garratt and Anton Danyluk in London on Friday night.

Rugby player Greg shared an adorable clip of himself beaming alongside Yewande on his Instagram Stories, declaring: ‘Look, who I finally got to meet!’

Putting an arm around her shoulders, he yelled: ‘Yewande! Yesssss. Come on!’ as Amber grinned in the background.

The Irishman then cuddled up to Joe – who left the villa before he entered – as well as pal Anton and we literally cannot cope with their excitement.

Greg and Amber arrived back in London on Friday after spending a day in the make-up artist’s native Newcastle catching up with her family.

Greg made sure to get a bit of retail therapy in, loading up on the shopping in Selfridges during a visit to the shop with his parents.

After sharing a cheeky Instagram clip of several Selfridges bags by his feet, the athlete posed with his new wares and wrote: ‘Head = gone.’

Jim Carrey has expressed his scepticism over the decision to redesign Sonic The Hedgehog following a backlash to the movie’s trailer.

The film’s first trailer received widespread criticism over Sonic’s CGI design, which caused director Jeff Fowler to announce they’ll make changes in order to satisfy disgruntled fans.

Jim Carrey, who plays Sonic’s nemesis Dr Robotnik, has since spoke out about the decision, and it doesn’t sound like he’s fully on board with the decision.

Speaking at the Television Critics Association press tour on Friday (2 August), Carrey said: ‘I don’t know quite how I feel about the audience being in on the creation of it, while it’s happening.

‘We’ll have to see what that entails. Sometimes you find that the collective consciousness decides it wants something and then when it gets it, it goes, “OK, I don’t want it.”’

Explaining how he doesn’t have to do any reshoots for the film, he added: ‘You become a Frankenstein’s monster at some point right?

‘I don’t really concern myself with things once I did my thing. I’m not super concerned about it. It’s gonna happen how it happens. It’s either going to be a good thing or a bad thing.’

Sonic is voiced by Ben Schwartz in the movie, with a supporting cast including James Marsden, Neal McDonough, Adam Pally and Natasha Rothwell.

The film was delayed to February next year in order to work on the redesign, with it yet to be seen what the new Sonic will look like.

Sonic The Hedgehog is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 14 February 2020.

Strictly Come Dancing’s newest recruit Chris Ramsey and his wife Rosie are shutting down worries about the ‘Strictly curse’ ahead of his debut.

They have bigger things to worry about, like the amount of bed linen they’re going to get through because of all the fake tan.

The comedy couple spoke about the now infamous ‘curse’ on their podcast Sh***ed, Married, Annoyed, which was released shortly after Chris became one of the first three stars announced for this year’s series.

Addressing the elephant in the room immediately, Rosie joked that she ‘wasn’t looking forward to him cheating on her’.

‘Look… I can’t help if the Strictly curse takes effect and I cheat on you,’ Chris joked back. ‘Just be happy for us in our new life living with a dancer!’

‘I’m prepared for it…and we never got a prenup, so it’s fine,’ laughed Rosie. ‘I’ll get the house, I’ll still get everything so it’s fine, it’s all good.’

Chris, who has been married to Rosie since 2014, then admitted that he was worried about the line of questioning he was going to get, saying asking if someone if they’re about to cheat on their partner is a ‘horrible’ thing to ask.

‘I’m sort of pre annoyed that people are going to ask us that,’ he said. ‘I feel like the whole world because of this show are going to ask us that question.’

So…to make him feel a little more settled, Rosie laid some ground rules – no nipples on show, and wearing a codpiece to prevent him from straying.

Chris then quizzed: ‘I thought you were gonna chop it off and keep it at home while I’m away?’

While it seems that Strictly superfan Rosie has nothing to worry about in that department in terms of the curse, there is definitely one worry playing on her mind – and she aired them to Chris on the show.

‘If you end up looking better than me after this show, I will be f***ing fuming,’ she laughed. ‘I’m so jealous. I’m going to look like a freaking Oompa Loompa next to ya.’

‘Well I’ll be orange with the fake tan…that’ll be me! We’ll be exactly the same shade of orange,’ the comedian laughed back. ‘Eee! My pillow will match your pillow in bed!’

Getting excited at that prospect, Rosie responded: ‘Babe I can tan ya!’

‘Hey, couples who tan together stay together,’ Chris reassured.

Yeah, something tells us that these two are going to be fine. As long as he doesn’t drop her (again) as they practice in their living room.

This Is Us star Milo Ventimiglia was told he was ‘too old’ to play Batman.

The actor auditioned for the role to take over from Ben Affleck but Warner Bros went with Brit actor Robert Pattinson who, at 33, is nine years younger than Milo.

‘Do I see myself in a cape and cowl? Warner Bros. didn’t. They were looking for a new Batman and they said, “Ventimiglia, you’re too old.” That’s OK, it doesn’t matter,’ he said.

He added: ‘I’m kind of busy, it’s OK.’

The 42-year-old former Gilmore Girls star however admitted that the experience has put him off auditioning for any more superhero movies.

‘The superhero world? Maybe I’m just playing real-life superheroes right now,’ he told Variety.

‘Jack Pearson, Denny Swift. They’re real attainable superheroes, that are out there in the open representing good guys and good fathers.’

Warner Bros. were reportedly torn between the Robert and Nicholas Hoult to portray the legendary character but decided on the former ‘
Twilight star to replace Ben Affleck in The Batman – which is slated for release in 2021.

Matt Reeves took over The Batman directing duties from Affleck – who also stepped down from the role as the titular character in January – and he will produce the motion picture with Dylan Clark.

Producer Michael E Uslan is thrilled with Robert’s casting.

He said: ‘I couldn’t be happier, I couldn’t be more enthused, as a Batman fan, that Matt Reeves is the filmmaker in charge and has selected Robert Pattinson to be his next Batman.

‘I think the real key question for fans, and for all of us to focus on, is the filmmaker.

‘My position is this: trust the filmmaker and give the filmmaker, and the filmmaker’s vision, the benefit of the doubt. Then wait ’til you see the movie. And then once you see the movie, judge the hell out of it. But I think that’s really the formula going forward.’

Gemma Collins has reportedly landed a huge record deal with Universal Music ahead of a collaboration with newfound friend Naughty Boy.

Just one more step on the GC’s way to world domination.

The Towie star, who befriended the rapper at the Brit Awards in February as the pair documented their wild night together, is set to release her own music later this year, according to The Sun.

While some might have their doubts, Gem also appears to be taking the whole thing seriously, as the site also reports that she’s having singing lessons three times a week.

You can’t say she’s not dedicated.

The exciting news comes after Naughty Boy himself claimed that the pair were set to release a single together – with the Beyonce collaborator saying that his pal is ‘born to sing’.

Speaking to The Sun in March, Naughty Boy said: ‘I think Gemma is going to have one of the biggest songs of the year, I can say that with my hand on my heart.

‘It’s definitely a romantic song and Gemma’s got such a big heart, it makes a lot of sense of her whole life right now. She’s still working things out with Arg but they make such a good couple and when they’re good, they’re good.’

Naughty Boy, who has worked with the likes of Sam Smith and Beyonce, said he thinks people will be surprised by Gemma’s voice, adding: ‘She was born to sing… when people hear the music and hear her voice, I think it’s going to take her up a notch.’

He explained that Gem had actually sung him a part of Running, his track with Beyonce, and he knew in that moment she was a ‘superstar’.

Recalling their first meeting at the Brits, Naughty Boy claimed he and Gemma had an ‘instant synergy’ – whatever that means.

He’s not wrong though, as the pair appeared to completely hit it off at the awards earlier this year.

Introducing her fans to her new pal, Gem said on her Instagram Stories: ‘Guys, this is Naughty Boy. We’re partying together.’

The pair mentioned an idea they had for a project with Celine Dion (we’re not sure either) and then suddenly decided to take things to the bar. Good choices all round.

British entertainer Joe Longthorne has died at the age of 64.

‘It is with the deepest sadness that we have to announce that the nation’s beloved entertainer Joe Longthorne MBE passed away peacefully in the early hours of today at his cherished home in Blackpool,’ his official social media accounts shared.

‘Joe died in his bedroom, laying in the arms of his devoted husband of 21 years Jamie, with his rosary beads clutched tight to his chest.

‘He leaves behind sister Ann and brother John. Our deepest sympathies and condolences go out to Jamie and all the family at this sad time.’

Benidorm creator Derren Litten was among those to pay tribute, writing: ‘Very sad to hear of the passing of Hull born entertainer Joe Longthorne MBE.

‘From first sneaking into seeing him at The Ferry Boat pub in Hessle when I was a kid to watching him play the @LondonPalladium many times I’ve always been in awe of his amazing talent.’

Joe found fame as a teenager on Yorkshire Television’s series Junior Showtime.

But he was launched into the minds of the British public with Search For A Star in 1981 on which he appeared as a singer and impressionist.

His success on the show led to appearances at the London Palladium and a month-long season at London’s Talk of the Town, as well as starring in Live from the Palladium and Des O’Connor Tonight.

He also released three platinum albums for Telstar, The Joe Longthorne Songbook, Especially For You and The Joe Longthorne Christmas Album.

Joe was well known for his impressions of Dame Shirley Bassey, Frank Sinatra, Barry Manilow and Johnny Mathis.

In 1987 he was diagnosed with blood cancer in 1987 and in 1989 chronic lymphatic lymphoma for which he received treatment.

In 2005 the lymphoma degenerated into leukaemia and tthe star underwent a bone marrow transplant but in 2014 doctors diagnosed him with throat cancer.

He refused to give up performing though, performing at the Hippodrome in 2013 and in 2015 at the Palladium once again for a star-studded 60th birthday concert featuring comedians Jimmy Tarbuck and Johnnie Casson.

Mystery thriller The Sinner has a new mystery for Detective Harry Ambrose to solve – and there’s a new guy on the scene in Chris Messina.

The actor, who has previously starred in The Mindy Project, The Newroom and Sharp Objects, will be joining Matt Bomer as a central character in the upcoming season.

The anthology series sees troubled detective Ambrose, played by Bill Pullman, affected by the bizarre and twisted murders that tap into the human psyche.

Previous seasons have seen Jessica Biel take the leading role after killing a perfect stranger in the middle of a busy public beach, and a young boy who killed both his parents.

This time round, Ambrose is investigating a car accident in Dorchester, New York that soon reveals itself to be hiding more than your average crash.

According to the teaser for the series, what follows is ‘the most dangerous and disturbing case of his career’.

Matt Bomer and Chris Messina play old college friends Jamie and Nick.

A surprise visit triggers a chain of events that ‘unexpectedly alters the course of their friendship and lives’.

When season three will be released has yet to be announced.

Chris Messina has had a long-standing career on both the big and small screens, with Sharp Objects being praised as one of the best limited series of 2018 as he starred alongside Amy Adams and Patricia Clarkson.

But for most TV watchers, he’s known as the proudly Italian New Yorker Danny Castellano, the hot-tempered OBGYN of The Mindy Project that ends up falling for leading lady Mindy Kaling.

The Sinner 1 and 2 is available now on Netflix.

Tom Hiddleston has confirmed that the Disney+ Loki spin-off series will start filming at the beginning of next year.

The Marvel star will be returning to his green suit for a new show that will focus solely on the God Of Mischief himself.

It was announced as part of a seriously impressive line-up for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which was showcased at San Diego Comic Con in July.

Tom was there to help them make the announcement of the series.

Speaking about his new show to Entertainment Weekly, he said: ‘Loki will start at the top of next year.

‘He’s such a classical character. [Thor and Loki], they’re from Norse myths – they have a kind of gravitas to them.’

While the team behind the show are keeping everything very much under wraps, it appears that Loki will be travelling through time and wreaking havoc on key moments in history.

Deliberately influencing things to occur or changing their outcomes, it seems that the troublesome brother of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) will be up to his old tricks in no time.

In the meantime, Thor will also be returning for a fourth film, with Natalie Portman returning to the franchise as Jane Foster, the God of Thunder’s ex-girlfriend.

Tag-named Love And Thunder, it seems that old feelings might be resurfacing, but we know for sure it will end with Jane assuming the role of the female Thor.

It’ll also feature the first confirmed LGBT character in the MCU, Valkyrie.

Loki the series is one of five series being created from the MCU for the new Disney+ streaming service.

Among other titles is Wandavision, which will focus on Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), and Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson (Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie) joining forces for The Falcon And The Winter Soldier.

Hawkeye is also getting his own series by the end of 2021, with animated series What If…? Exploring twisted alternate timelines that sees our heroes heading down different paths.

Shot in Paris, France and Verona, Italy, in May, the female protoganists put their own spin on the character with Twilight actress Kristen choosing to wear leather and lounge on a table reading for her interpretation, while Claire wore feathers and went for a more traditional look with a bejewelled head crown.

Mia Goth, Chinese singer Chris Lee, the Spanish singer Rosalia, transgender and non-binary star Indya Moore and the Franco-Italian artist Stella Roversi all also appear in the shots, taken by Paolo Roversi.

Roversi said of his calendar: ‘I am still searching for my Juliet and I will be searching all my life. Because Juliet is a dream.’

Harry Potter star Emma chose a bubblegum pink gown for one version of her portrayal.

In another her Juliet wears a simple black tee and jeans, with loose unstyled hair.

The project aims to ‘take its cue from the Shakespearean drama and the intersection of love, strength, youth and beauty embodied by its female protagonist’.

Those asked to take part werepresent the role of Juliet in an ideal casting session that sees them act, pose, sing; each through their own emotion, art form, personality, character and interpretation of the role.

Courteney Cox is doing her part to make sure the Friends legacy goes on into the next generation, but it looks like it might take a little while.

The actress famously played Monica Geller in all ten seasons of the iconic show and she’s been more than happy to relive the memories through interviews and her posts of social media.

Courteney’s latest throwback to the good times came when she did her best to teach a friend’s child Monica’s favourite saying – ‘I KNOW!’

‘So I’m trying to pass on the legacy and teach the younger kids how to say ‘I know’ as Monica would,’ the 55-year-old explained in an Instagram clip. ‘Let’s see how it goes.’

She then tried to get the young child to repeat ‘I know’ several times, but the little one seemed to catch on to the ‘No’ part of the phrase.

‘Well, I mean, it’s not there yet but I’m sure it’s going to get better,’ the Cougar Town star laughed.

It comes just days after Courteney gave fans another throwback reference when she wished Regina Phalange – sorry, Lisa Kudrow – a happy 56th birthday.

The Dirt actress shared a photo on Instagram of Monica Geller and Phoebe Buffay dressed as Catwoman and Supergirl from the 2001 episode, The One With The Halloween Party.

From the scene where Phoebe deadpans, ‘Ah, Catwoman. So we meet again,’ and Monica replies darkly, ‘So we do… Supergirl.’

Then Phoebe leans in and says gleefully, ‘No – it’s me! Phoebe!’

Courteney captioned the glorious photo: ‘I’m late (except in Hawaii) in wishing my favorite super hero @lisakudrow the happiest of birthdays.

The Walking Dead’s new spin-off series is about to kick off filming in Virginia with a huge plane crash set.

The new show marks the third series in The Walking Dead universe, which centres around two female protagonists in the first generation to come-of-age within the apocalypse.

Production crews are preparing to start filming for the show in Hopewell, Virginia under the title of Monument, with a local news report showing debris from a plane crash being hauled around set.

The report states crew were seen moving a 737 fuselage for a plane crash scene, with the ‘massive set piece’ stopping traffic.

Filming is set to take place overnight from 7-13^th August in the area, directed by Kong: Skull Island’s Jordan Vogt-Roberts.

A trailer was recently released for the series, showing cast members Aliyah Royale (who plays a character called Iris), Annet Mahendru (Huck), Alexa Mansour (Hope), Nicolas Cantu (Elton) and Hal Cumpston (Silas).

The Walking Dead writer and producer Matt Negrete serves as showrunner on the series, which is co-created by franchise chief content officer, Scott Gimple.

Teasing the show at Comic-Con, Gimple said: ‘These kids can grow up in a place of comfort and security, but they leave everything on a dangerous quest, and are being pursued by adults on their own.

‘We’ll see kids become heroes and some become villains. We’re going to open up a whole new world of The Walking Dead.’

The show will join the mainline The Walking Dead show, which kicks off its tenth season later this year, and Fear The Walking Dead currently in its fifth season.

Love Island’s Anton Danyluk and Danny Williams have been spotted loving their newfound fame as they strut their stuff for an advertising job and splash out on a shopping trip.

The pair, who have been enjoying reunions with their villa pals after being away from them for a tragic few weeks, were pictured posing up an absolute storm as they shot for an Instagram ad campaign in London.

And that was all after the pair met up with fellow islanders Michael Griffiths and Joe Garratt for a boys’ day out.

The lads chilled out for a posh lunch at the Shard before treating themselves to a shopping trip at Haddon PR in Hackney.

Sharing a video of his pals on his Instagram Stories, Danny captioned it: ‘Girls’ night out.’

The Love Island bunch have been busy with their emotional reunions this week, after the highly anticipated final saw Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea crowned as the winners.

After receiving a whopping 48.2% of the vote and nabbing the £50,000 prize money, the sweet couple returned to the UK and were quick to reunite with their pals – especially Joe, Anton, and Yewande Biala.

Rugby player Greg shared an adorable clip of himself beaming alongside Yewande on his Instagram Stories, declaring: ‘Look, who I finally got to meet!’

Putting an arm around her shoulders, he yelled: ‘Yewande! Yesssss. Come on!’ as Amber grinned in the background.

The Irishman then cuddled up to Joe – who left the villa before he entered – as well as pal Anton and we literally cannot cope with their excitement.

However, not all of the contestants are up for sweet reunions, after Anton revealed he ‘never got on’ with fellow islander Molly-Mae Hague.

Bit awks.

While the Scotsman and the social influencer had a few awkward moments in the villa, including when he told her she’s ‘made her bed, now lie in it,’ it seems the pair haven’t settled their differences.

‘When I was in the villa, I didn’t follow anyone, my management followed every islander. But on the outside, when I noticed Molly-Mae on my newsfeed, I unfollowed her,’ he explained to The Scottish Sun.

‘I have nothing against her, we just didn’t speak in the villa. We would be in the same room and wouldn’t say a word to each other.’

Anton added: ‘A lot of people think it’s because they voted us out but that’s nothing to do with it, we just never got on.’

Taylor Swift has kicked off the first of her Lover secret sessions and those lucky enough to attend have promised fans a lot of tears.

The singer welcomed fans into her London home on 2 August to listen to the album, out on 23 August, and now reports are leaking on to the internet, along with pictures.

‘There’s some really stripped down stuff and some hardcore bops. But all in all, amazing. If reputation wasn’t your cup of tea, I am sure you will love Lover,’ shared one lucky fan in attendance while another suggested it was a ‘mixed bag’.

‘It was definitely a mixed bag, but [a] very real and raw album,’ they said.

Others revealed that Taylor had made the fans rice krispie treats shaped as hearts as well as custom-made M&Ms with the word Lover printed on them, while they all received swag bags with merch including badges, hats and T-shirts.

In her home there were also about ’40 board games’ in Taylor’s closet, in addition to a drone.

Plus the super star is apparently a fan of Le Labo’s Santo 26 candles throughout her home, and Jo Malone hand soap in her bathroom.

Excellent choices.

Taylor’s seventh album Lover will drop later in August but the singer has o far released three songs, with The Archer an ’emotional, vulnerable and personal’ track.

‘There’s a lot that’s covered emotionally and I really wanted to give you track five before the album came out,’ Taylor said on Instagram.

‘I didn’t realize I was doing this, but as I was making albums, I guess I was just kind of putting a very vulnerable, personal, honest, emotional song as track five,’ she said.

Track five on a Taylor Swift album is traditionally the song that will sucker punch you in the gut and have you feeling all the feels; think Delicate, Dear John, and All Too Well.

YouTuber Ben Phillips has hinted that Logan Paul and KSI’s long-awaited boxing rematch will happen before the end of the year.

The 26-year-old vlogger, who’s pals with LA stars Logan and brother Jake, was present at the controversial boxing battle in Manchester last August.

After months of build-up, Brit KSI and Logan ended up in a draw, sparking rumours that was the plan all along.

However, they’ve both maintained that’s far from the case, and ever since have been trying to organize a rematch to crown a reigning champion once and for all.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Ben said: ‘I know that Logan is very much gunning to get back in that ring and prove to the world that he can beat KSI.

‘If you ask me, yes I do think Logan will beat KSI. End of. It’s just down to the physicality of it.

‘Nothing to do with who they both are. I think of his crowd, and Logan’s determination as a person.’

‘Secondly, in terms of I don’t know when the fight’s going to happen, I know they’re aiming to go before the end of this year,’ Ben continued.

‘Quite frankly I hope it does happen before the end of this year, if not early next year. But I know it’s being hosted in the US this time, so that would be a big deal.’

While he’ll be there supporting his pals, Ben said that he isn’t in a rush to get in the ring himself – despite previous offers by other YouTubers to fight him in the ring as one of KSI and Logan’s undercards in the Manchester bout.

‘At Logan vs KSI’s match, a load of influencers that I did not know wanted to fight me!,’ he laughed. ‘So, that was quite something.’

‘A lot of them didn’t realise that I’m 6’5’’ and a pretty big guy to be honest with you,’ Ben added. ‘When I got to the match a lot of them went “oh thank god I didn’t fight you!”

‘I did have a lot of people go for it and I just kind of stayed out of the ring for now, but who knows what’s going to happen?’

In the meantime, Ben has his own fight to handle – heading on tour for the ‘ultimate prank off’ with his brother, Elliot Giles, in September.

‘The main problem, is that Elliot is the main one that wants to fight me all the time, so mean, and my own brother – I’d probably beat the shit out of Elliot,’ Ben added, before revealing that the truth will out on their upcoming arena tour this October.

‘He’s always thought he’s got one up on me with strength, which is a possibility. That [fight] will happen on tour.’

Ninja has proved he’s not one to do things by halves as he’s celebrated his first stream on Mixer and smashing through 500,000 subscribers with an epic cake, before dubbing it one of the ‘best days of his life’.

We’d hazard a guess that he’s just a little excited.

The streamer – real name Tyler Blevins – has been on cloud nine since he shocked fans by ditching streaming giant Twitch for the smaller platform.

In 48 hours, the star reached a whopping 500,000 subscribers on the site, tweeting: ‘We have hit over 500k subscribers on mixer. What better way to celebrate than with some cake?!’

Truer words were never spoken.

Streaming live from the Lollapalooza music festival, he also shared a sweet snap of himself holding his wife Jessica’s hand as he headed home.

‘Today was one of the best days of my life,’ he wrote. ‘I want to thank every single person who watched the mixer stream today and everyone who showed up to the @redbull outpost. The crowd was OUT of this world!! DAY 1 LOLLA COMPLETE.’

Ninja averaged a concurrent viewership of 65,000 with his first stream from the new platform, according to IGN, while his average viewership on Twitch had been dwindling to around 40,000 over the past few weeks.

Meanwhile, top YouTuber PewDiePie has suggested that ‘a lot of money’ was involved in the move as he reacted to his pal’s announcement.

Not too shabby.

The 28-year-old, who recently lost out at the Fortnite World Cup, announced his departure from Twitch in an epic ‘press conference’ which saw him dressing up in different reporter disguises to ask himself questions.

‘I know this may come as a shock to you but, as of today, I will be streaming exclusively on Mixer. I know. It’s exciting,’ the Fortnite legend told viewers.

When asked how the move to the Microsoft-owned service would affect his gaming abilities, he replied to ‘himself’: ‘It really won’t. It’s the same me, just a different platform.’

‘I feel like this is a really good chance to get back in touch with my roots, and really remember why I fell in love with streaming in the first place,’ he continued.

Things got a little weird when a mini-fridge full of Red Bull tried to ask a question, with the YouTube star ending the ‘press conference’ by insisting: ‘I really wouldn’t worry too much about my win/loss ratio. I’ll be just fine.’

We’re sure he will be.

Love Island may have only just concluded for this year, but it seems show bosses are already scouting for the winter series line-up.

ITV recently announced Love Island will have two series next year, introducing a new winter edition for January 2020 set in South Africa.

According to The Sun, bosses have already deployed talent spotters to seek out potential candidates armed with very specific criteria.

Speaking to the publication, one man at a Spanish pool party who was approached by one of the scouts said: ‘I was asked if I was single and they showed me credentials from ITV2.

‘I was a bit nervous about giving my name so they then showed me an email where they’d been asked to find “types”. On there, it listed twins, goth girls and Essex lads.’

It’s also claimed the winter edition will feature less contestants than normal, so bosses are hoping to ensure every potential Islander is a ‘strong option’.

Metro.co.uk has reached out to Love Island for comment.

Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea were crowned winners of this year’s series, beating couple Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague who were deemed the favourites.

The casting process of this year’s show recently came under scrutiny, after it was revealed the majority of Islanders were selected with help from casting agencies over the general application.

CBBC star Karim Zeroul has been announced as the latest celebrity to join Strictly Come Dancing.

‘To be offered the chance to take part in Strictly is dumbfounding, I’m pinching myself!’ he said.

‘I’m so excited to be Strictlified. I want THE LOT. The skimpiest of clothes, the widest of flares, the brightest of colours and the tallest Cuban heel a guy can find! The more flamboyant the better… sequins galore please!!’

Karim has been a CBBC presenter since 2014, presenting directly from the CBBC HQ as well as numerous other titles including BBC Young Dancer and Wimbledon Live.

He joins the likes of Saffron Barker and David James on the new series of the BBC dancing show which will kick off in early September.
