Dancing on Ice judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have broken their silence regarding the Caprice Bourret and Hamish Gaman drama.

Neither Hamish nor Caprice have directly addressed what prompted them to stop working together, although shortly afterwards, the former model decided to leave the show.

When asked about what went on behind-the-scenes, Jayne explained that after they found out, they ‘didn’t really get involved’.

Christopher commented: ‘It was information passed on to us. It just sounded like they weren’t getting on. Caprice wanted to stay in the competition and that was the only way they could resolve it. So that’s what the producers decided to do.’

Speaking about how the atmosphere was left on set after Caprice’s departure, he continued: ‘Everyone was, to begin with, asking, “What’s happening?” But now everybody’s really concentrating on their own performance and what they have to do. You’d be surprised – everyone needs to be somehow blinkered on what they need to do.’

‘Mostly partnerships do have to get on. When you bring it to the ice, there has to be equal respect and trust. And so you have to make that work. And usually, in partnerships where that doesn’t happen, they don’t last that long in the competitive world,’ Jayne added to Mirror Online.

Caprice has remained tight-lipped about what went between her and the dancing pro on due to ‘contractual reasons’.

However, the mum-of-two has admitted that reading the rumours about the drama have been ‘really tough’.

‘The worse thing was I couldn’t say anything because of my contractual obligation,’ she began.

‘So, somebody was really taking advantage of the fact that I couldn’t talk, I didn’t have a voice. It was frustrating, it was hurtful, I had to shut down my Twitter account as a result.’

‘It was totally slanderous and untrue, I would say 98 percent of them,’ she continued to the Express.

Hamish recently decided to sit out of a live show after confessing he felt ‘extremely vulnerable’, and that it had been ‘the worst three months of my life’.

He added in a statement shared to his Twitter page: ‘I desperately want to move on from all of this and focus on the skating. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, and was told by the team who reviewed all the rehearsal footage that I was an “exemplary pro”.

‘I can only hope that this will all be over soon.’

Love Is Blind recently saw Jessica Batten call off her wedding with Mark Cuevas, after jilting him at the altar in a showstopping finale.

However, the star has recently been reflecting over her time on the show – and shared a series of throwback pictures, including one with her ex-beau.

Taking to Instagram, the 34-year-old uploaded a picture of herself sitting beside her former fiance surrounded by friends.

The group appeared to be in a bougie restaurant and beamed down the lens while enjoying a bite to eat.

And now we’re waiting with bated breath on news as to whether or not they’ll ever rekindle their relationship.

The show left the duo going their separate ways as Jessica explained how she didn’t feel secure enough to commit to marriage.

Since then, Mark has been taking care of himself and has told Bustle: ‘After the [show], I did a lot of self-reflecting and really dug deep within myself, and I went to therapy.

‘This whole experience has taught me how to look more for answers within myself as opposed to seeking them out for other people.’

Jessica has also spoken about her time on the show, adding: ‘I learned a lot about myself through the experiment, so I wouldn’t change it for the world.

‘You’re [trying to find] a husband in a matter of 10 days, so you really have to be in a spot where you know what you want and you’re emotionally available to commit.’

But while the contestants ended up single, the show did see two couples go ahead and tie the knot.

Matthew Barnett and Amber Pike ended up saying their vows and became our very first Love Is Blind husband and wife, while Cameron Hamilton and Lauren Speed managed to say ‘I do’.

Meanwhile, Damian Powers and Giannina Gibelli called it off seeing Damian reply ‘I do not’ when asked if he wanted to spend his life with Gigi.

Kelly Barnes and Kenny Chase also followed suit and revealed that they weren’t quite ready to become man and wife.

Love Is Blind is available to stream on Netflix now.

Madonna reportedly cried onstage after falling off a chair during her Madame X show in Paris on Thursday night.

The Like A Virgin singer, who’s been battling knee and hip injuries for months, was said to have burst into tears after the tumble and had to be helped up by a backing dancer.

The 61-year-old carried on the two and a half hour show despite the pain, according to The Sun.

One fan wrote on Twitter: ‘A friend who attended @Madonna Thursdays show told me that at the end of Vogue, she missed the chair and fell on the floor.

‘A dancer had to help her on to the chair and then during the Polaroid part she broke in to tears and couldn’t stop. #madonna #madamex #MadameXTour’.

Another added: ‘She missed the chair when she went to sit and ended up in a crouched position.

‘She couldn’t stand back up coz of her knees and a dancer had to assist her.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted Madonna’s reps for comment.

Madonna, who’s been relying on knee supports and a cane to walk, had already cancelled a show in the French capital last week because of her injuries.

The queen of pop has just eight shows left out of her 79-date tour, which kicked off in New York last September and will end in Paris on March 11.

The Vogue singer, who’s dating 25-year-old singer Ahlamalik Williams, has been plagued by injuries throughout her Madame X tour.

madonna
She has been suffering knee and hip injuries for months (Picture: Rex)

She has cancelled 14 shows in total, including in the US, the UK and Portugal, due to her crippling injuries which left her in ‘overwhelming pain’.

Cancelling her Boston shows in November, Madonna told fans: ‘Doing my show every night brings me so much joy and to cancel is a kind of punishment for me, but the pain I’m in right now is overwhelming and I must rest and follow doctor’s orders so I can come back stronger and better and continue the Madame X journey with all of you.’

The Material Girl hitmaker recently told fans she was doing ‘six hours of rehab’ every day to combat her ‘multiple injuries’.

After pulling out of three shows in London in January, she said it was ‘too much on her body’, with her doctors insisting that she take a day off after each show.

‘It’s a miracle I have gotten this far but a-lot has to do with the fact that I do 6 hours of re-hab every day [sic],’ she said.

‘3 hours before show and 3 after with multiple therapies. I have also switched to flat shoes and modified difficult parts of the show.’

AvengersAnthony Mackie has revealed how he wants Captain America to ‘represent everybody’, confirming he’s taking over from Chris Evans in his upcoming Disney+ series.

The star, who has always previously played Falcon (Sam Wilson) in the MCU, opened up about taking on the iconic role.

‘With the idea of being a black man and becoming Captain America, it’s been a daunting task because I think, at this day and age in America, I think we are open-minded to the idea of having my face represent us, as a country,’ he said.

‘And my race represent us as a country because we’re truly a melting pot. So there is no distinctive look or feel or design of an American. We’re all Americans.’

The 41-year-old added to Shadow and Act: ‘To be Captain America, I want my Captain America to represent everybody. Not just a specific group of people.’

Fans discovered that Sam would be taking on the title of Captain America in Avengers: Endgame, when Cap (Evans) handed over his shield.

During the heroes’ time travel escapades, Cap had been reunited with his love Peggy Carter, and had lived out a life with her, making him an old man when he reunited with his Avengers pals.

Deciding it was high time his work was done, he handed over the shield to Sam – although the move caused a bit of controversy within the Marvel fandom.

The Winter Soldier and The Falcon is set to air on Disney+ and will follow Sam and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) on a series of missions and adventures as they get used to life without their third team mate, Cap.

The series is due on Disney+ around August and will see The Falcon and The Winter Soldier team up for a series of missions and adventures – loosely based off the comic books of the same name.

We could not be more ready.

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier airs in August 2020 on Disney+.

Bella and Gigi Hadid were ‘held in a restaurant for three hours’ due to protests during their recent visit to Paris.

The pair and their mother Yolanda have been enjoying a stay in the French capital for Fashion Week, showing off their glam looks.

However, things went downhill when they were ‘held’ inside César restaurant, as protesters took to the streets, and the police were called.

According to MailOnline, the Hadids spent three hours inside the restaurant.

Women’s groups had been protesting in the capital, after Roman Polanski’s win at the César awards.

The 86-year-old – who is wanted in the US for the statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl in 1977 – received 12 nominations for An Officer And A Spy at the Cesars in Paris on Friday.

The win also sparked a furious walkout at the event, with actresses Adele Haenel and Céline Sciamma storming out of the ceremony, with Adele crying out: ‘Shame!’

They were joined by many other members of the audience and were praised widely on social media for their ‘strength and courage’ in walking out.

Host Florence Foresti also didn’t return to the stage.

Speaking ahead of the Cesars, the 31-year-old condemned the critical recognition Polanski was receiving.

‘Distinguishing Polanski is spitting in the face of all victims,’ she said. ‘It means raping women isn’t that bad.’

Meanwhile, the Hadid sisters appear to have been enjoying Paris Fashion Week, looking stunning as they attended various shows.

While Bella was seen keeping the vitamins close to hand, Gigi was snapped keeping in high spirits as she battled the cold temperatures with a foil blanket wrapped around her.

We can’t even blame her.

The pair, along with their mother, joined the likes of Brooklyn Beckham and his girlfriend Nicola Peltz as they enjoyed Fashion Week in the capital.

Hailey Bieber, Lily Collins and Stranger Things’ Joe Keery have also been spotted among the famous faces.

Meanwhile, Zoe and Lenny Kravitz have been proving they’re the coolest father-daughter duo in town as they enjoyed the event together.

Lady Gaga’s endured a pretty Bad Romance (sorry) with smoking, but it seems she’s finally found the trick to kicking the habit for good.

After years of quitting and starting up again, the 33-year-old singer revealed that the way to bid adieu to cigarettes is to go ‘cold turkey’.

The New York native had been puffing on 40 a day when she decided enough was enough.

‘I’m not smoking anymore, but I’d smoke 40 cigarettes all day long,’ she said on New Music Daily With Zane Lowe on Apple Music.

Talking about her on/off history with smoking, Lady Gaga insisted that this time, it was for real.

‘I swear on my life I’m not smoking cigarettes,’ she said. ‘I completely quit — I quit cold turkey. But it was so hard.’

We believe you!

Despite her claims the star, who recently went Instagram official with Michael Polansky, was seen smoking as recently as February 18.

She admitted the experience of quitting was ‘so brutal’, before urging her fans to never start smoking.

‘If you don’t smoke, don’t smoke! Because quitting is worse,’ she said.

‘It is so brutal. And I will never smoke again because I think I saw Jesus for an entire week. It was so awful.’

The vocal powerhouse, who recently released her new single Stupid Love, previously said she’ll have a ‘single cigarette’ with some whisky to help the songwriting process.

‘I don’t smoke. Well, maybe a single cigarette – with whisky – while I’m working, because it just frees my mind a little bit,’ she told HuffPost.

‘But I care about my voice. The thrill of my voice being healthy on stage is really special. I take care of myself.’

The mum of a homeless woman who starred in a BBC documentary has paid a heartfelt tribute to her daughter who took her own life at the age of 23.

Paige Greenaway featured in Love And Drugs On The Street, which saw her open up about her ordeal of sleeping in a tent in a graveyard for seven years.

An inquest into the 23-year-old’s death was opened earlier this month and heard how police forced entry into her home after friends became worried.

Senior Coroner Veronica Hamilton-Deeley adjourned the hearing to a later date.

Following her death, her heartbroken mum has told how Paige had turned her life around since filming the documentary in 2017.

Edell, 47, said the show drove her daughter to get a job as an Avon representative and she enrolled in a hair and beauty course at college.

But Paige tragically passed away in Brighton on 9 February, just two weeks after Edell last saw her.

‘This has come as a massive shock to us all, she was in such a good place.  Paige really pulled up her socks and came back with a fight,’ she said.

‘She was so excited to see what would happen next and had planned to move back home.’

‘But it was like she was fighting a never-ending battle with her own demons as well. We cannot believe she has passed away,’ she continued to Mirror Online.

In the documentary, Paige opened up about her struggles of living on the streets as she recalled one of her ‘worst’ nights.

‘It’s been one of the worst nights I have had since 2015,’ she explained to the camera.

‘The [temperature fell] I got soaked, everything in there is soaked. It’s getting to the point where I am getting so frustrated, my mental health will deteriorate it really will, it’s on the verge that I am going to end up breaking down.

‘I have got to go see my child next week and I haven’t even got the energy to do it and I feel horrible for it.’

She continued: ‘I was a lot stronger, before having her I didn’t have a clue about everything and I feel like I have got to protect her.’

Edell went on to explain that her daughter’s life ‘spiralled out of control’ when she got in with the wrong crowd and she begged Paige to come home after she was found sleeping on the streets.

And in the wake of her daughter’s death, the 47-year-old is urging others to ‘always check on your family’ as she doesn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Sam Smith admitted their mum ‘trips up’ over pronouns ‘all the time’ after they came out as non-binary.

The Promises singer revealed last year that they want to be referred to as they/them after a ‘lifetime of being at war’ with their gender.

The 27-year-old said their mum Kate gets ‘angry with herself’ for messing up, but insisted it’s ‘okay’ that she hasn’t got the hang of it just yet.

‘I trip up too. Of course I do, I’m a human being,’ they said on Australian talk show The Project.

‘I have been called “he and him” since the day I was born, you know, 27 years of my life, so I can understand.

‘My mum, all the time, she’ll call me ‘he/him’ and then she gets angry with herself. It’s okay. But it is important, you know?’

Sam added: ‘All I can say is that when people use my pronouns correctly, it’s a wonderful feeling. I feel safe, I feel happy, and I feel completely seen.’

The Lay Me Down singer also opened up on the moment they heard the term ‘non-binary’ for the first time.

‘I was actually in Australia, I was in Brisbane on tour, with my second tour The Thrill of it All,’ Sam said.

‘It was weird, I had a massive night out at the end of the tour and I was drunk at 3am with my bandmates and friends in my room and I just started hearing about the term non-binary, and I’d never heard it before.

‘The pronoun thing for me just felt like a flag in the ground kind of, like this is how I want to be treated by everyone.’

Sam’s currently Down Under to perform at Sydney’s famous Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras this weekend.

And they’ve been celebrating the only way they know how, with rainbow pride flags, unicorn-shaped headgear and of course, plenty of gear.

Sam took to their Instagram Stories to left fans into their Mardi Gras apartment decorations, which they captioned: ‘Happy gay Christmas.’

The How Do You Sleep singer then turned the camera on themselves to show off their glittery chest and expertly applied eyeliner.

Caroline Flack’s ex boyfriend Danny Cipriani has paid tribute to the late Love Island host, with his rugby team wearing the phrase ‘be kind’ on their shirts.

The star and his Gloucester teammates ran out for their latest match with the words emblazoned on the back of their shirts.

The phrase ‘be kind’ has commonly been used in tributes to the TV star, after one of her final Instagram posts urged people: ‘In a world where you can be anything, be kind.’

Before the match, Danny opened up about Caroline, saying: ‘She endured unimaginable criticism during her years in the public eye but through it all, she just wanted people to show a little kindness to each other. And that’s a message that should be her legacy – be kind.

‘We all have spells of self-doubt, anxiety and low points. Nobody needs other people to point out their flaws and make them feel worse about themselves. A little kindness goes a long way.’

Danny’s team have partnered with the Samaritans to raise awareness for mental health, with £5 from every ticket sold going to the Gloucester and District Samaritans.

Caroline tragically passed away on 15 February, with a lawyer later confirming that she had taken her own life.

In a video following her death, Danny opened up about previously experiencing suicidal thoughts.

‘Someone that I loved as a person very dearly and someone I’ve very close to has decided to take her own life, as everyone knows, and I’ve speaking to her for the past three, four months, we’ve always been in contact since we were together, since we weren’t, and it’s always been a loving friendship,’ he said in the emotional video.

‘I was so vulnerable with her in my moments since we first met and I told her everything about me, because I felt safe with her. I told her all the things I was embarrassed and shameful about. She made me feel ok. And ultimately it was embarrassment and shame that killed her.

‘I know she knew I had the strength to do this, and we had spoken about how things had to change. I didn’t know it would take this.’

Caroline’s friends have also been paying tribute, with Love Island recently airing an emotional clip in honour of the late presenter during its final episode of the series.

Dancing on Ice star Ben Hanlin has revealed he suffered a ‘setback’ after he slashed his arm while trying to recreate a Torvill and Dean move during rehearsals.

The 33-year-old, who is partnered with skating professional Carlotta Edwards, took to social media to show fans his injury.

Ben is due to perform in the semi-finals on Sunday although admitted: ‘We have got a problem, everybody.’

Chatting in a video on his Instagram Stories, the magician pointed to his bandaged up arm as he continued: ‘I have cut my arm, as you can see there’s a cut there and it goes all the way up my arm and it comes out there.

‘We were doing a move, it was a Torvill and Dean move originally, I grab Carlotta’s leg, I grab her arm, she then jumps at me spins and then lands but to do that she has to put her blade close to me body, we got it wrong I got it to close to her and the blade just scratched down my arm.

‘It gets quite deep in the middle there, no stitches but it has definitely set us back.’

The injury comes after Dancing on Ice producers were forced to put procedures in place in case of a coronavirus outbreak in the studio.

So far, 15 cases of the virus have been confirmed in the UK.

Associate creative director Dan Whiston has revealed the team is attempting to be ‘one step in front’ when it comes to protecting the cast and crew – including hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Dan said: ‘We’ve got an amazing medical team. We’ve got an amazing production team that are all over this kind of stuff.

‘There is hand sanitiser everywhere and procedures have been put in place to protect the cast and crew, so I know they’re all over that.

‘Without panicking people, you’ve got to be one step in front, always.

‘Things like hand sanitiser on the doorways, we encourage that anyway,’ he added to the Sun. ‘You’ve got to step up and do the best you can in the environment we’re in.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted ITV for a comment.

Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.

The Suicide Squad wraps filming as director James Gunn opens up on father’s death before production

James penned a heartfelt message to celebrate wrapping (Picture: Getty/Instagram)

James Gunn has confirmed that The Suicide Squad has wrapped filming, opening up about dealing with the death of his father during production.

The director penned a heartfelt statement to celebrate production wrapping, alongside a full cast and crew snap.

‘And that’s a wrap on #TheSuicideSquad. My father died two weeks before we started filming and my dog died two weeks before the end,’ he wrote.

‘It was a hard, hard time in my life and yet the most fulfilling time I’ve ever had making a movie. The professionalism, talent, compassion and kindness of this cast and crew inspired me every day.

‘Thanks to everyone involved in this film, in every stage of development, in every department – I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for you all. You are why I make movies.’

The movie, which stars Idris Elba and Margot Robbie, hasn’t had the smoothest journey after James was fired from Disney last year when he was found to have joked about rape and paedophilia in historic tweets.

Speaking about the axing, Gunn told Deadline: ‘That first day, I’m going to say it was the most intense of my entire life… It happened, and suddenly it seemed like everything was gone.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B9ISfXUA7ng/

‘I just knew, in a moment that happened incredibly quickly, I had been fired. It felt as if my career was over…’ Although he was re-hired for Guardians 3, the director maintains that Disney ‘totally had the right’ to fire him and insisted he still does not blame anyone.

By March this year, it was revealed that his script was still being used for the project and two weeks later, a statement from Gunn confirmed his return to directing.

Meanwhile, Gunn has revealed that he’s aiming to unite Marvel and DC fans, being one of the only directors to work on both franchises.

Margot Robbie

‘As I’ve said so many times, at the end of the day, Marvel & DC fans have a lot more in common than they do not. I am now & have been for almost all my life, both,’ he previously said in a sweet Instagram message.

‘Maybe you like one more than the other – that’s cool – but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them all or that you have to tear the other down.

‘I know I & my partners at both Marvel & DC believe what’s good for one studio is generally good for all: spurring each other on daily with heartfelt, spectacular & innovative entertainment that keeps audiences around the world loving movies based on or inspired by sequential art.’

Finishing up the post, the 53-year-old wrote: ‘#marvel #dc Let’s go, team(s).’

The Suicide Squad is set for release in 2021.

Pop Smoke’s murder investigation is under way, but police have been having trouble finding suspects as witnesses are refusing to talk.

Law enforcement sources have told TMZ that detectives have ‘hit a roadblock’ in finding who killed the 20-year-old rapper for many reasons, but one of the main being witness testimony.

While many are simply refusing to talk to the police, the ones that have given accounts have either changed their stories, or their version of events is ‘provably untrue’.

There are also apparently no neutral witnesses as nobody was outside or nearby Pop Smoke’s house when the crime was committed.

Police also looked into videos posted online allegedly connected to the murder, all of which have ended up being ‘unrelated to the case’.

Another thing complicating the case is that Pop Smoke – real name Bashar Barakah Jackson – was killed in Los Angeles but actually lived in New York, which has meant tracking down people linked to him has been more difficult.

Pop Smoke died on 19 February, after being shot twice during a home invasion at a house in the Hollywood Hills, California.

The rapper was just 20 when he was killed (Picture: AFP)

According to TMZ’s sources, the murder ‘appears to be a targeted hit and not a robbery’, though detectives are reportedly still having trouble finding a motive.

According to police, four hooded men had entered the house at around 4.30am, and police were alerted by someone calling them from the east coast of America.

They reportedly arrived six minutes after the call was placed, and took the rapper to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police believe it was a targeted attack rather than a robbery (Picture: AFP)

He was pronounced dead at hospital, with the cause of death being a gunshot wound to the chest.

None of the four suspects have yet been apprehended.

It was reported that Pop Smoke had accidentally shared his address on social media the day before he was killed.

In a clip on his Instagram story, he showed his fans how many gifts he had been sent, which were lined up in the hallway of his LA home.

As he showed off his bags of gifts from fashion label Amiri, the delivery address was still visible on one of the labels.

*WARNING: Love Is Blind spoilers ahead*

Love Is Blind’s Giannina Gibelli has become a firm fan favourite ever since she stepped foot in the pod on the Netflix dating show.

However, she didn’t have quite the best time of it on the series, being dumped at the altar on her wedding day by Damian Powers, which led to that epic scene where she ran away in her wedding dress and fell into a mud patch.

Pure reality TV gold.

And it turns out Gigi’s meltdown lasted a lot longer than we saw on screens.

In fact, speaking to Metro.co.uk, producer Chris Coelen revealed the shocking moment went on for at least half an hour.

‘We were totally unprepared for that to happen, otherwise we would have had cameras stationed in better positions,’ he told us.

‘We had a cameraman who just took off [after her] and was a very fast runner who chased her as she was bolting down that long driveway. It was crazy.

‘She was out there, her mum followed her down, they were probably out there for half an hour, maybe more. It was very emotional.

‘It was a huge surprise when she took off, it was crazy.’

Anyone else hoping Netflix blesses us with outtakes?

Discussing what we didn’t see on camera, Chris continued: ‘They came back and she wanted to get cleaned up. Ultimately she wanted to confront Damian and we wanted to let those moments be their own moments.

‘We certainly weren’t going to guide that in any way that wasn’t organic. Everything was very personal in terms of the way they reacted to their particular circumstance.’

While the scenes might have been seriously dramatic, it seems Damian and Gigi have moved past their differences, and are well and truly back together.

Lifting the lid on the couple – ahead of the explosive reunion show – Chris revealed they had ‘attempted to re-engage’ after their wedding day.

He added: ‘I will tell you that Gigi and Damian…

‘There’s a reunion coming out next week but Gigi and Damian obviously love each other, obviously they’re a tempestuous couple. They have a very volatile relationship.

‘There was only one couple that broke it off that has attempted to re-engage and that’s Gigi and Damien.

‘And we’ll see what happens with them. We’ll see.’

Bring. It. On.

Love Is Blind is available to stream on Netflix now.

Ashley Graham’s been smashing mum life once again – this time by changing her son’s dirty nappy in the middle of a shop.

Keeping it real, Ash.

The 32-year-old, who welcomed baby Isaac with her husband Justin Ervin in January, suffered her first ‘diaper blow-up’ while browsing the office supply shop Staples.

And with no nearby toilets around, the model flew into action by cracking out the changing mat and changing Isaac’s diaper there and then.

Ashley shared a snap of herself tending to Isaac on the floor of Staples on Instagram.

She captioned it: ‘Sh💩t just got real!

‘First diaper blow up while running errands with no restroom in sight! Thank God I remembered to put the changing mat in the diaper bag!!!’

https://www.instagram.com/p/B9IemIegH-d/

The vlogger’s showbiz pals were quick to flood the comments section with their praise.

Amy Schumer, who is mum to nine-month-old son Gene, remarked: ‘That’s a Queen right there.’

Meanwhile, comedian Ali Wong added a flurry of high five emojis.

Ashley’s been all about sharing the un-glamorous side of being a mum on social media and we applaud her efforts.

Pre #Staplesgate, she also earned praise for cracking out the breast pump during an ‘awkward’ Uber journey, as well as documenting her stretchmarks.

Ashley has also been talking openly about her changing body, revealing it’s important to share the ‘messy parts’ of being a mum.

She said: ‘Raise your hand if you didn’t know you’d be changing your own diapers too.’

‘After all these years in fashion I never could’ve guessed that disposable underwear would be my favourite piece of clothing but here we are!

‘No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new mums go through. I wanted to show you guys that it’s not all rainbows and butterflies!’

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway returned last weekend and has already made quite the splash.

Last week, the show was hit with nearly 100 Ofcom complaints as the Pussycat Dolls repeated their racy X Factor routine while Ant and Dec tried to cover them up.

On a far more serious note, a couple mourning their late daughter were given a £260,000 house that they’ve since moved into which – even though some of the studio audience accidentally began to laugh – brought most of us watching at home some very misty eyes.

This week, among other things, we’ve got a barking Anthony Joshua to look forward to, as well as a brand new guest announcer. If that sounds like your cup of tea, then read on because we’ve got what you need to know about who’s announcing and when you can catch the action.

What time is Saturday Night Takeaway on TV tonight?

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway continues tonight at 7pm on ITV.

It will go on until 8:30pm, and will be followed by this week’s episode of The Voice.

The guest announcer tonight is Welsh actor and Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon.

The news that Rob would be narrating the show this week came via the official Saturday Night Takeaway Twitter account, which published a tweet reading: ‘We’ve got a cracking show this week and we’ll tell you for why… @RobBrydon is our Guest Announcer!’

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is next on tonight at 7pm on ITV.

Harry Styles calls hanging out with Stevie Nicks an ‘out of body experience’

Harry Styles is pretty much a super-superstar at this point, but he still gets starstruck, alright?

The Falling singer has shared a stage with Fleetwood Mac several times but still thinks working with Stevie Nicks is like an ‘out of body experience’.

The 26-year-old admitted he’s transported right back to being 10-years-old and singing her hit song Dreams whenever they hang out.

He told NPR: ‘Dreams was the first song I knew all the words to; I used to sing it in the car with my mom. Every time I’m with [Stevie], you want to be, obviously, present, right?

‘I’m trying to enjoy being with her and soaking in.

‘But I think at the same time, while you’re in the room with her, I’m sitting there thinking about being 10-years-old and singing the song.’

Realising his street cred was going down the drain with every word, Harry quickly added that he wasn’t ‘paralysed starstruck’ around Stevie, just that she reminds him of his childhood.

Yeah, yeah…

He’s performed with Stevie several times, first bringing the legendary singer onstage during a gig in LA in 2017.

Since then, they’ve become such good pals that Nicks was one of the people who The Face magazine called on to talk about Harry’s album Fine Line.

‘It’s not like anything One Direction ever did. It’s pure Harry, as Harry would say,’ the 71-year-old singer said.

‘He’s made a very different record and it’s spectacular.’

Stevie isn’t the only celeb Harry’s loving, as he recently hinted that he’d love to collaborate with Lizzo.

‘I just think she’s amazing, I think she’s such a great artist,’ he enthused to NBC’s Today Show.

‘As a fan, what you want an artist to be is themselves, and I think she’s someone who is just herself and she makes amazing music and it’s really feel-good, and I think that’s what a lot of people need right now. I think she’s great.’

When asked whether the pair would team up on a song together, Harry teased: ‘Maybe!’

They were absolute comedy gold at the Brits, so we really, really hope this becomes a thing.

The Walking Dead’s Carol to die? Norman Reedus compares plot to Rick Grimes’ fate

*Warning: This article contains spoilers for The Walking Dead. Read at your own risk!**

The Walking Dead might be setting up a surprise exit for Carol (Melissa McBride).

Over the past season, the character appears to have been led astray following the death of her adopted son Henry (Matt Lintz).

And while she is in a mission to kill Alpha (Samantha Morton), after she brutally murdered the teenager, Carol has been making a number of mistakes, which might have cost both Connie (Lauren Ridloff) and Magna (Nadia Hilker) their lives.

In the latest installment, titled Squeeze, Daryl (Norman Reedus) was trapped underground with Carol and the gang after chasing her into Alpha’s cave.

As they tried to make a swift escape, the grieving mother ran off with a whole load of dynamite and set the horde on fire.

However, in doing so, the ground started to collapse, seeing both Magna and Connie trapped inside.

Addressing the plot, and how Carol appears to have gone AWOL, Norman teased she might be heading in the same direction as Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).

When chatting with Entertainment Weekly, he drew comparisons between their storylines, and how losing their child saw their demise.

‘We went through the whole season with me having her back as I always do,’ the 51-year-old explained: ‘But she’s just gone rogue. She’s doing her own thing and she’s getting people hurt.

‘She’s getting people killed and she doesn’t care.’

Turning his attention to Rick, who was seemingly killed off during season nine (only to be saved by the garbage queen Jadis – played by Pollyanna McIntosh), the actor noted how he too went off the rails when losing Carl (Chandler Riggs) to a walker’s bite.

Could she potentially follow in the footsteps of Rick? (Picture: AMC)
Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes The Walking Dead
Rick seemingly ended up losing his life when trying to avenge his son Carl’s death (Picture: AMC)

‘It’s very similar to the story that we told with Andy before Andy left that just this blind rage that losing his son had,’ he added.

‘He was making decisions for everybody and pretty much everybody was against his decisions. Nobody agreed with him. And he was getting people hurt.’

Carol appears to be going down the same path, but is it time she started to tread carefully?

Part of us believes her anger could see the character falling foul at the hands of Alpha, or maybe her mother’s rage will be the secret ingredient that helps her defeat the Whisperer leader.

Either way, we’re scared of what might become of Carol – but we can’t wait to find out where her exciting plot takes us.

The Walking Dead airs Sundays on AMC in the US and Fox the following day in the UK.

Dancing on Ice’s Perri Kiely defends ITV as Caprice Bourret slams aftercare: ‘It’s a big support network’

Dancing On Ice’s Perri Kiely has defended ITV after fellow contestant Caprice Bourret slammed the aftercare following her departure.

The Diversity Dancer has revealed he’s felt supported in a big way. Ahead of hosting Nickleodeon’s SlimeFest, Perri chatted to Metro.co.uk, describing the support on the show as ‘great’.

‘That’s what I feel is really nice about it. I feel like, with a show like this, it could become really stressful. You’ve got a week to learn a routine that you do over and over again and there’s so much to do and so much to learn but the thing is, everyone is there purely to support everyone, and just be in it together,’ he said.

Referencing the drama between Caprice and her partner Hamish Gaman, the 24-year-old added: ‘D’you know what, I haven’t actually seen Caprice in a little while – I haven’t actually got much to say about that! I’ve got no juicy gossip.

‘It’s just a big support network and everyone’s got each other’s back. It’s really nice.’

Caprice previously hit out at the ITV show, claiming she hadn’t received support.

The Sun quotes her saying: ‘There is no duty of care. In America, they have to have it or they get sued.

‘It’s just thinking about other people, it’s just common decency, I think, when it comes to these kind of destructive shows. We have to have a soul at some point for God’s sakes.

‘Thank God people are talking about it at the moment more, but it’s sad what had to happen for people to do that.’

ITV said in a statement: ‘We take our duty of care very seriously. We have always been fully committed to ensuring that everyone involved on Dancing On Ice is fully supported and keep a close eye on everyone’s well being throughout the series.

‘We are very proud of the brilliant team both on and off-screen who deliver a fantastic show each week.’

An insider added that the celebrity contestants ‘have access to a psychologist and are offered counselling, as well as there being an on site physio and GP to cover both mental and physical well being.’

Perri, who’s partnered with pro skater Vanessa Bauer, achieved the first 10s on the show with his near-perfect score for his Harry Potter routine.

And, with the performance being a dream come true for the Potter fanboy, he revealed he didn’t take Christopher Dean’s 9.5 score too personally – although we can’t say the same for his best pal Jordan.

Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely
Jordan (L) and Perri (R) will be hosting SlimeFest (Picture: SlimeFest)

‘I was literally completely buzzing for it – I love Harry Potter so much and was so happy that I got to dance to it that I was like, “I’m not bothered about the scores,”‘ Perri admitted.

‘Then, little cherry on the top, three 10s! And a 9.5 from Chris…hopefully there’s still time to get that 10 from Christopher Dean.’

Perri added: ‘Jordan was raging,’ with The Greatest Dancer star admitting: ‘Raging is strong but I was disappointed, I was upset. I might have called him Torvill and Mean for a second!’

Perri and Jordan will be hosting Nickleodeon’s SlimeFest. Tickets for Blackpool and London are onsale soon.

Love Island’s Montana Brown ‘moving to LA’ for acting career after signing with ‘top agent’

Former Love Island star Montana Brown is reportedly moving to Los Angeles to kickstart a career in acting, after signing with a ‘top agent’.

The reality star, 24, is currently in Los Angeles, and told the Daily Mail on the red carpet at the Mammoth film festival that she had ‘signed to a major talent agency in the city’.

Montana appeared on the 2017 series of Love Island, and it looks like she wants to swap reality TV for the big screen for her next career move.

Montana had attended the red carpet alongside actor Ed Westwick and producer Mickey Gooch, who she has reportedly been working closely with on her new career.

She had previously opened up on her fears about more Love Island stars taking their own lives, following the deaths of Sophie Gradon, Mike Thalassitis and host Caroline Flack.

She told MailOnline: ‘Caroline was at Mike’s funeral literally not even a year ago. She was so shocked by that and now look what’s happened. It’s heart-breaking.

 Montana Brown
Montana found fame on Love Island (Picture: Rex Features)

‘I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. But I don’t think Caroline will be the last person to do this if I’m honest and that is what’s really sad.

‘For me, and I think I can speak for a lot of Love Islanders, you feel like “Oh my God, who else is unhappy?” I need to speak to everyone.

‘You feel this pressure because you don’t want your friends to be unhappy, what can I do? It’s helplessness because you know people are suffering and that’s a categorical fact.

‘Every single person that I’m friends with from Love Island suffers from anxiety or depression or something to do with mental health. It’s actually terrifying.’

Montana admitted she doesn’t blame the ITV2 show for their deaths, but believes the stars struggle to cope with the negativity on social media and the vile messages strangers send without being held accountable.

Jeremy Kyle has been photographed with his fiancée and newborn son, as he was seen for the first time since his comeback to TV was confirmed.

The talk show host, 54, was seen walking around a park in Windsor with his new baby and fiancée Vicky Burton, as he was approached by fans wanting selfies.

Vicky had given birth to the baby boy in January, and he is Jeremy’s fifth child, after daughter Harriet, 29, with his first wife Kirsty, and children Alice, 16, Ava, 14 and Henry, ten, with his second wife Carla.

It’s the first time Jeremy has been spotted since it was confirmed he would be returning to TV to ‘have his say’ after The Jeremy Kyle Show was axed in May 2019 following a participant’s death by suicide.

His new management, The CAN Group, confirmed his return to television, writing on Instagram: ‘We are pleased to announce that Jeremy Kyle has now signed exclusively to The CAN Group.

‘For 14 years, Jeremy Kyle dominated Daytime TV with his hugely successful eponymous talk show. He’s also proved a hit in prime time, fronting five successful series of his investigative current affairs brand, The Kyle Files.

‘Jeremy’s runaway UK success was the catalyst for two syndicated US series as well as stints presenting two other ITV juggernauts, This Morning and Good Morning Britain.

‘Jeremy first came to prominence as a Sony Award-winning radio host who changed the game at BRMB, Virgin Radio, Capital FM, talkSPORT and talkRADIO.

‘Known for his honest, engaging opinions, Jeremy has also authored numerous columns for The Sun and a bestselling book for Hodder & Stoughton.

‘A committed father and family man, he’s also a cancer survivor who has miraculously just welcomed a new son (and grandson!) into the world.

‘And after a year spent battling the unimaginable consequences of a devastating tragedy, Jeremy Kyle will be back soon to have his say: WATCH THIS SPACE!’

The Jeremy Kyle show was cancelled after the death of a guest on the show, 62-year-old Steve Dymond, who took his own life before the episode where he failed a lie detector test was aired.

The show was also rocked by the death of one of its producers this week, 31-year-old Natasha Reddican, who also took her own life.

Natasha had worked on the show from October 2014 until May 2019 when the show was pulled off air, and later went on to work for BBC’s Plastic Surgery Undressed.
